A Plenária da Juventude do PT Ceará é resultado do novo momento vivenciado pela juventude do nosso partido. Ela será um momento importante para nossa juventude iniciar a mobilização para a campanha da companheira Dilma, construir propostas para nosso programa de governo. Essa foi a temática do Encontro que teve a presença do vice-governador do Estado do Ceará, o Professor Pinheiro filiado ao PT. Veja abaixo alguns momentos do evento:
